Ahead is run by Trampolene, a team that aspires to use their diversified knowledge to help the underserved in the society, to lead an independent and dignified life. Prior to the team’s formation, the founding team from Trampolene was volunteering and doing social good (and continues to do so). The experience on-ground allowed us to identify gaps in capability development for the social services sector, and the pressing needs for innovation in service design and provision. Inclusive employment for people with special needs is one of the key areas that Trampolene is devoted to.

Deeply rooted in the team is the belief that everyone has their own strength, and this strength can be developed and be put to good use. It is important that a person, regardless of his or her physical, social, or cultural background, is valued and recognised for the talents that they can bring to the workplace and society. Driven by this belief, the team envisions to create a platform that empowers disadvantaged people to live independently, creating a greater inclusive society in Singapore.
